The Dahlias is located in the most premium and expensive area of Gurgaon, where DLF’s top luxury projects like The Camellias, Aralias, and Magnolias are already built. The Dahlias are spread over 17 acres of land. There are a total of 7 towers, and there will be only one apartment on each floor. Now, only 247 apartments are left. Since there are only 420 apartments in a 17-acre area, it is a low-density project.
