DLF The Dahlias is DLF Limited’s ultra-luxury residential project in DLF Phase 5, Sector 54, on Golf Course Road, Gurugram. It sits on 17 acres and has 8 towers with close to 420 homes in total — a mix of 5 BHK and 6 BHK simplex apartments and duplex penthouses, sized between 9,600 and 22,000 sq.ft.
The apartments are handed over bare-shell, so owners get to design the interiors exactly how they want. Ceilings run about 13.3 feet high, and the decks wrap around each home — roughly 17 feet wide, stretching 70 to 90 feet in length. From here, you’re looking out at the Aravalli Hills on one side and the golf course greens on the other.

The simplex apartments range from approximately 9,600 to 12,000 sq.ft. Duplex residences go up to 22,000 sq.ft and are limited to just two per tower — only 16 across the entire project.
Every home is delivered in a bare-shell format. This gives homeowners complete freedom to design their own interiors, finishes, and layout. In addition, each residence features ceilings around 13.3 feet high and a wraparound balcony that’s roughly 17 feet wide and 70 to 90 feet long.
Price
DLF The Dahlias launched at around ₹66 crore, when the rate was close to ₹73,000–80,000 per sq.ft. That has changed a lot. About 270 of the 420 homes are already sold, and the rate today is closer to ₹1.10–1.25 lakh per sq.ft. So the starting price now works out to roughly ₹100 crore onwards, depending on the size, floor, and which way the apartment faces. Duplex penthouses aren’t priced publicly — you’ll need to enquire for those.
