DLF launched this project in Sector 42, Gurgaon. The launching price was just ₹22,500 per sq. ft. Now, it is available for resale, and the price ranges from ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per sq. ft. DLF The Camellias have gained fame for their significant appreciation.

4. DLF The Dahlias

DLF The Dahlias is DLF’s fourth project, which is part of the Golf & Country Club.This is its recent 2025 launch.The project is located in Sector 54, along Golf Course Road.It is right next to the Aravalli Hills.

This project spans 17 acres and includes 8 high-rise towers. DLF has developed only 420 exclusive units to ensure low-density living and privacy. During the pre-launch phase, buyers purchased 173 apartments within just nine weeks, that generated sales worth ₹11,816 crore.

DLF launched The Dahlias at ₹80,000 per sq. ft., and now experts expect the price to rise to ₹1.25 to ₹1.50 lakh per sq. ft. Apartments sold during pre-launch even reached ₹100 crore to ₹125 crore. In May 2025, former cricketer Shikhar Dhawan also purchased an apartment in Dahlias for ₹69 crore.

The Dahlias has a 2 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, bigger than the one in Camellias, includes a private theater, on-site medical facilities, a chef-on-call, and professional laundry services.
